About Ten Men Design
A brief history reads as so…
I thank college for teaching me how to think laterally, but I’m under no illusion that I learnt Graphic Design and how to Design for Print from my experiences in the traditional print trade. Firstly learning the craft of typography, through to reprographics bench planning and film for print production gave me an excellent foundation, a perfect understanding and a healthy respect for the relationship between words, pictures and the space they inhabit.
With quality time spent developing this knowledge within the world of litho print and then large format exhibition graphics, the natural progression was to pursue my career as a freelance graphic designer.
My first ever successful design experience came in 1986 when I worked on a trade exhibition project for Hoechst UK Ltd. Now over two decades on, the desire and passion for fresh design remains as strong.
I’ve always aspired to design & communicate to the best of my ability, and ultimately the most important thing I’ve found is to listen and deliver what the client requires with an individual style and flair.
